Common use of Notices of an Asset Clause in Contracts

Notices of an Asset. Sale Offer shall be mailed by first class mail, postage prepaid, or delivered electronically if held by DTC, at least 30 but not more than 60 days before the purchase date to each Holder of Securities at such Holder’s registered address. If any Security is to be purchased in part only, any notice of purchase that relates to such Security shall state the portion of the principal amount thereof that has been or is to be purchased.
