The notice shall disclose that the Property has been conveyed to Buyer, that, after Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer, and that Buyer shall be responsible for the security deposit made under the Tenant Lease. The form of the notice shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Parties.
