Common use of Notices of Violation, Litigation Clause in Contracts

Notices of Violation, Litigation. To the extent in Seller’s possession, copies of any notices of uncured violations issued by any governmental authority as well as copies of any pleadings relating to litigation regarding the Golf Course to the extent any of the foregoing could be binding upon the Golf Course or Purchaser following Closing. If requested by Seller, Purchaser shall provide written verification of its receipt of those items listed in this Section 5.1.
