Common use of Notices relating to the Premises Clause in Contracts

Notices relating to the Premises. 15.2.1 The Tenant shall give the Landlord a copy of any notice received by the Tenant, relating to the Premises or the Building or any occupier of them, or to the Landlord’s interest in them, as soon as reasonably practicable after having received it and take any reasonable and proper steps relating to the Tenant’s use and occupation of the Premises which the Landlord may reasonably require in connection with such notice pursuant to clause 15.1.
