Notices To All Parties. All notices, statements, requests and demands given to or made upon any party hereto in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement shall be deemed to have been given or made when hand delivered or when deposited in the Certified Mails of the United States, Return Receipt Requested, postage prepaid, addressed to such party at the address or addresses hereinabove stated following the names of the respective parties, or to a different address in accordance with any unrevoked written direction from such party to the other parties hereto, except in cases where it is expressly provided herein that such notice, request or demand shall not be effective until received by the party to whom it is intended.
