Common use of Notices to Holders of Securities Clause in Contracts

Notices to Holders of Securities. Any notice required to be given to Holders of Securities under this Agreement shall be given in accordance with the Conditions; provided, however, that, so long as all the Securities are represented by the Temporary Global Security and/or the Permanent Global Security, notices to Holders of Securities shall be given in accordance with the terms of the Temporary Global Security and/or the Permanent Global Security.
