Notices to Holders of the Notes. The Fiscal Agent shall publish such notices as are required to be given by the Fiscal Agent in Section 11(e) (relating to changes in Paying Agents), and Section 6 of the Conditions (relating to redemptions of the Notes). At the request and expense of the Company, the Fiscal Agent shall arrange for the publication of all other notices to holders of the Notes in accordance with the Conditions.
