Sales of Eligible Investments. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, none of the Borrower, the Services Provider or the Collateral Agent may at any time sell or permit the sale of any Eligible Investment (other than an Rule 2a7 money market fund) if the Borrower or the Services Provider determines that such Eligible Investment will sell at a price that is below the Borrower’s purchase price of such Eligible Investment.
