Notices to Luxembourg Stock Exchange. (a) For so long as any Transition Bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to the extent the rules of such exchange so require, the Issuer shall notify the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and any agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.02(b) if any rating assigned to such Transition Bonds is reduced or withdrawn and shall arrange for such notice to be published in an Authorized Newspaper.
