Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any Transition Bondholder to the Bond Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Bond Trustee shall provide such Transition Bondholder with a copy of the Officer's Certificate referred to in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement and the Annual Accountant's Report referred to in Section 3.06 of the Servicing Agreement.
Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any Environmental Control Bondholder to the Indenture Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Indenture Trustee shall provide such Environmental Control Bondholder with a copy of the Officer’s Certificate referred to in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement and the Annual Accountant’s Report referred to in Section 3.06 of the Servicing Agreement.

Upon the written request of any Securitization Bondholder to the Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Trustee shall provide such Securitization Bondholder with a copy of the Issuer Officer's Certificate referred to in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement and the Annual Accountant's Report referred to in Section 3.06 of the Servicing Agreement. If any Securitization Bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and rules of such exchange so require, the Trustee shall also arrange for publication in an Authorized Newspaper that a copy of such Issuer Officer's Certifi cate and such Annual Accountant's Report shall be available with the Issuer's listing agent in Luxembourg appointed pursuant to Section 3.02(b).

Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any Bondholder to the Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Trustee shall provide such Bondholder with a copy of any Basic Document, any report or certificate provided by the Servicer referred to in Section 3.01 of the Servicing Agreement, a copy of the Certificate of Compliance referred to in Section 3.04 of the Servicing Agreement, a copy of the Annual Accountant's Report referred to in Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or a copy of any report or certificate provided by the Servicer under any Basic Document.
Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any BGS Transition Bondholder to the Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Trustee shall provide such BGS Transition Bondholder with a copy of the Issuer Officer's Certificate referred to in Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement and the Annual Accountant's Report referred to in Section 3.6 of the Servicing Agreement.
Provision of Servicer Reports. Upon the written request of any Transition Bondholder, the PUCT or any Rating Agency to the Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office, the Transition Bond Registrar, or in its absence or failure the Paying Agent, shall provide such requesting party, the Trustee and the Paying Agent or Transition Bond Registrar, as applicable, with a copy of any Semiannual Servicer's Certificate, Annual Accountant's Report and any other report of the Servicer referred to in the applicable Servicing Agreement. If any Transition Bonds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and its rules so require, the Transition Bond Registrar, or in its absence or failure the Paying Agent, at the written direction of the Issuer shall also arrange for publication in accordance with such rules of a notice that a copy of such Servicer's certificate, Annual Accountant's Report or other report shall be available with the Issuer's listing agent in Luxembourg appointed pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 3.02.
