Common use of Notices to Mortgagors Clause in Contracts

Notices to Mortgagors. The Master Servicer shall, within five (5) Business Days of the Delivery Date for any Mortgage Loan, send by first class mail or by hand delivery written notice to the related Mortgagor that the Master Servicer has been engaged to service such Mortgage Loan, which notice shall direct such Mortgagor to make further payments and to send all future notices with respect to such Mortgage Loan directly to the Master Servicer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall not be required to send such notice with respect to any given Mortgage Loan if the Master Servicer was the servicer of such Mortgage Loan prior to the Delivery Date or if the Mortgage Loans shall be subserviced pursuant to Section 3.13 by a subservicer which was the servicer of such Mortgage prior to the Delivery Date, and there is no change in where the Mortgagor is required to send payments under the Mortgage Loan.
