Common use of NOTICES TO NEW CUSTOMERS Clause in Contracts

NOTICES TO NEW CUSTOMERS. The CONTRACTOR shall design, print, and distribute a notice to new Residential and Commercial Customers within the Service Area. At a minimum, the notice shall identify the scheduled Collection days, summarize the applicable set-out requirements, provide an overview of current issues affecting the service, provide information on how to register complaints, and how to contact Customer Service. The notice shall be sent out not later than thirty (30) days after service begins.
