Any notice or communication mailed to Noteholders hereunder shall be transmitted by mail to (a) all Noteholders as the names and addresses of such Noteholders appear upon the Register and (b) such Noteholders to whom Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c) requires reports to be transmitted.
