Common use of Notices to Rating Agency Clause in Contracts

Notices to Rating Agency. The Depositor or the Trustee, as applicable, shall notify the Rating Agency at such time as it is otherwise required pursuant to this Agreement to give notice of the occurrence of any of the events described in clauses (a), (b), (d), (e) or (f) below or provide a copy to the Rating Agency at such time as otherwise required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement of the statements described in clause (c) below:
