Notices to the Seller. In the event that the Seller is no longer acting as Servicer, any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 10.02 shall deliver or make available to the Seller each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06.
