Notices to Transferor. If GE Capital is no longer acting as Master Servicer, any Successor Master Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 6.2 shall deliver or make available to Owner each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 2.7, 2.8 and 2.9.
