Notices to TVA. Notices of IP Product Agreement termination, IP Product Agreement Interruption Phone Number changes, and changes to e-mail addresses for IP Product notices will be deemed properly given if delivered by e-mail to any designated TVA customer service field representative or through an applicable contact avenue identified on the Product Website. TVA may require an authorized representative of Company to submit such notices using a TVA specified form.
