Common use of Notices, Xxxxxxxxxx, Etc Clause in Contracts

Notices, Xxxxxxxxxx, Etc. Tenant shall immediately (a) notify Landlord if Tenant becomes aware of (i) any violation by Tenant, its employees, agents, representatives, customers, invitees or contractors of any Environmental Laws on, under or about the Leased Premises, or (ii) the presence or suspected presence of any Hazardous Substances on, under or about the Leased Premises, and (b) deliver to Landlord any notice received by Tenant relating to (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above from any source.
