Notification and Delivery. 12.1 Unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement, the notice involved in this agreement shall be written in Chinese and delivered by personal service (including express mail service), registered letter, fax or email, Alipay in-station letter. All notices shall be sent to the contact person and at contact address at the beginning of this agreement if there is no prior written notice of change. 12.2 If any of the above information has changed, the party concerned shall notify the other party prior to the information change; otherwise the documents and materials that the other party has sent in accordance with the information recorded in this agreement shall be valid.
