Common use of Notification and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Notification and Reporting. Lessee shall immediately notify Lessor if ▇▇▇▇▇▇ becomes aware of any of the following: a. A release or threatened release of Hazardous Substances in, on under or above the Premises, any adjoining property, or any other property subject to use by Lessee in conjunction with its use of the Premises; b. Any problem or liability related to or derived from the presence of any Hazardous Substance in, on under or above the Premises, any adjoining property or any other property subject to use by Lessee in conjunction with its use of the Premises; c. Any actual or alleged violation of any federal, state or local statute, ordinance, rule, regulation or other law pertaining to Hazardous Substances with respect to the Premises, any adjoining property, or any other property subject to use by Lessee in conjunction with its use of the Premises; or d. Any lien or action with respect to any of the foregoing.
