Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and each Lender of the Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, the Borrower may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent and L/C Issuer, the Borrower may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and each Lender of the Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent and L/C Issuer, the Borrower Xxxxxxxx may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent and the L/C Issuer, the Borrower Company may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent and the Issuing Bank (which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Borrower may also invite additional Eligible Assignees assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, Optional Loans and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Borrower Borrowers may also invite additional financial institutions that qualify as Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, and subject to the approval of the Administrative AgentAgent of the identity and credit standing of each proposed additional Lender, the Borrower Borrowers may also invite additional Eligible Assignees institutional lenders to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.

Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower and each Lender of the Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, increase and subject to the approval of Administrative Agent and the Administrative AgentRequired Lenders, the Borrower may also invite additional Eligible Assignees assignees that are not Ineligible Institutions to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement (“New Lenders”) in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and its counsel.
