Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrowers and each relevant Revolving Credit Lender of the applicable Revolving Credit Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer and the Swing Line Lender (which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Borrowers may, at their option, also invite additional Eligible Assignees (for the purposes of this §2.11, the “Additional Lenders”) to become Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.
