Notification by Administrative Agent; Additional Term Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company and each Term Lender of the Term Lenders’ responses to each request made hereunder. To achieve the full amount of a requested increase, and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Company may also invite additional Eligible Assignees or any other Person (other than the Company or any Affiliate of the Borrower) reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (together with any existing Term Lender participating in any such increase, each, an “Increasing Term Lender”) to become Term Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.
