Notification by Agents. The Agents shall notify the Borrowers of each Lender’s determination under Section 2.14(b) no later than the date that is twenty-fiveten (2510) days prior to the applicable Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day).
