Common use of Notification of a Dispute to the Tenant Clause in Contracts

Notification of a Dispute to the Tenant. a. The DPS will provide the Tenant with a summary of Landlord’s submitted evidence and a Tenant’s Evidence Form. The Tenant’s Evidence Form must be fully and properly completed and received by The DPS within 14 calendar days of it being issued. The DPS will also, where possible, send notification that a Tenant’s Evidence form has been issued, via email or SMS.
