Notification of Breaches of Seller’s Obligations. As from the date of this Agreement, the Seller shall promptly give notice to the Purchaser of the occurrence of any action, fact or event that constitutes or can reasonably be expected to constitute a breach of any of the Seller’s obligations contained in this Clause 7 (or Clause 6). This notice shall be given within five days of the Seller becoming aware of the occurrence of such action, fact or event and in any event prior to the Closing Date, and shall set out the details of such action, fact or event.
