Notification of CASL Non-Compliance. As it relates to this Agreement, each Party agrees to promptly notify the other if: (i) it receives a complaint or is under an investigation relating to any violation of the Privacy Laws; (ii) it receives a notice, lawsuit or any communication relating to any alleged non-compliance with CASL; or (iii) it identifies a process relating to services provided under the Agreement that may be or is non-compliant with CASL.
