Common use of Notification of Changes in Ownership Clause in Contracts

Notification of Changes in Ownership. Owner agrees to notify Manager in writing within 10 days after any change in ownership (full or partial), change of name of the ownership entity, or any other change related to who is the owner of the Property, to the extent those changes do not result from a sale in the Property or trigger section 5.3 of this Agreement. The notice to Manager will include copies of the documents which effectuated the change. An addendum must be signed by both parties reflecting the change in ownership.
