Notification of Completion or Failure of Conditions. Each Party to this Agreement will promptly notify the other Party whenever it has knowledge that a condition under this Agreement has been satisfied or has not been satisfied within the allotted time; and each Party shall otherwise keep the other Party reasonably apprised with respect to the status of satisfying the obligations hereunder. E-mail communication will be sufficient for notification under this Section 5.2.
