REQUIRED RESPONSE TIME. The Contractor shall provide resumes of qualified candidates within one (1) week of notification by the County. The County will notify selected candidates in writing. These candidates shall be available to begin assignments within two (2) weeks of written notification of selection. The County shall receive thirty (30) calendar days notice in the event that a Contractor terminates his/her employment with the awarded Contractor. If thirty (30) calendar day notice is not provided, the Contractor shall provide additional candidates within one week.
REQUIRED RESPONSE TIME. The facility will respond to the AGC Set-Point within the maximum Wind Turbine manufactures’ specifications. The response time will vary based on the mix of available turbines and the current level of output of the facility. The required response time will be subject to change based upon any change in the Wind Turbine manufacturers’ specifications for ramp rate.
