Notification of Criminal Charges. Should a teacher of the District be formally charged by legal authorities with any felony or misdemeanor, except for minor traffic violations, it is that teacher’s obligation to notify the Human Resources Department as soon as possible, but not later than the next day that the District office is open for business.
