NOTIFICATION OF DEBARMENT. Each Party shall immediately notify the other Party in writing if any change occurs such that the obligations of Section 10.1 may be breached or the status of the Party or its Affiliates or any of its employees or any Third Party Agent employed hereunder comes to its attention regarding the same, and shall, with respect to any person or entity so debarred promptly remove such person or entity from performing any activities related to or in connection with the Project Plan or this Agreement.
