Common use of Notification of Defaults Clause in Contracts

Notification of Defaults. Promptly notify the Lender upon the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer or General Counsel of the Borrower obtaining knowledge of the occurrence of any default or Event of Default hereunder or of any default under the Mortgage Agreement, the Note, any other of the Loan Documents or the Xxxx Loan Documents.
