Common use of Notification of disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (i) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(d) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (ii) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clause.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerCompany: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(dof clause 32.2(b)(v) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) ), except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clauseclause 32.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(dc)(iv) of Clause 18.2 27.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 27.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerObligors: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(dclause 31.2(b)(v) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph clause during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clauseclause 31 (Confidential Information).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerBorrowers: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub‑paragraph (v) of paragraph (ii)(db) of Clause 18.2 40.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 40 (Confidential Information).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerObligors: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(dclause 33.2(b)(v) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph clause during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clauseclause 33 (Confidential Information).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(db)(v) of Clause 18.2 34.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 34 (Confidentiality).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerBorrowers: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii)(dv) of paragraph (b) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information42.2 ( ) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 42 ( ).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(dclause 28.2(b)(v) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clauseclause 28 (Confidentiality).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower:: ​ ​ ​ ​ (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(db)(v) of Clause 18.2 23.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 23.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(d) of Clause 18.2 clause 30.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph sub-clause during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clauseclause 30 (Confidentiality).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii)(dv) of paragraph (b) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) 29.1 except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 0.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(db)(v) of Clause 18.2 24.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 24 (Confidentiality).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph subparagraph (ii)(db)(v) of Clause 18.2 33.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 33 (Confidentiality).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (i) 31.5.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(d) of Clause 18.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information31.2.2(e) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph Clause during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (ii) 31.5.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 31.

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerBorrowers: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii)(dv) of paragraph (b) of Clause 18.2 42.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 42 (Confidential Information).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the BorrowerBorrowers: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub‑paragraph (v) of paragraph (ii)(db) of Clause 18.2 42.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 42 (Confidential Information).

Notification of disclosure. 20.4.1 The Lender agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower: (ia) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to paragraph (ii)(db)(v) of Clause 18.2 31.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and (iib) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this ClauseClause 31.
