Common use of Notification of disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of disclosure. Each of the Finance Parties agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower of the circumstances of any disclosure by it of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (b)(v) of clause 38.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function.

Notification of disclosure. Each of the Finance Parties agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower of the circumstances of any disclosure by it of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (b)(v) of clause Clause 38.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function.

Each of the Finance Parties agrees (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform the Borrower Borrowers: 36.6.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure by it of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (b)(vClause 36.2.2(e) of clause 38.2 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph Clause during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 36.6.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this Clause 36.
