Common use of Notification of Environmental Claims Clause in Contracts

Notification of Environmental Claims. The Borrower shall inform the Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: (a) if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the Rigs; and (b) of any incident, event, fact or circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the Obligors, or any of the Rigs.

Notification of Environmental Claims. The Borrower shall inform the Security Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: (a) if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the RigsRig; and (b) of any incident, event, fact or circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the Obligors, or any of the RigsRig.

The Borrower Each Obligor shall inform the Facility Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: : (a) if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ any Obligor's knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the RigsCollateral Vessels; and and (b) of if any incident, event, fact or and circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the Obligors, Obligors or any of the RigsCollateral Vessels.

The Parent and the Borrower shall inform the Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: (a) if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the RigsDrillship; and (b) of any incident, event, fact or circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the Obligors, or any of the RigsDrillship.

The Borrower shall inform the Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: (a) if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ Borrower’s knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the RigsBorrower; and (b) of any incident, event, fact or and circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the ObligorsBorrower, or any of where the Rigsclaim would be reasonably likely, if determined against the Borrower, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

The Borrower Parent and the Borrowers shall inform the Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: (a) : if any material Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of the Obligors’ knowledge and belief) is threatened against any of the Obligors or any of the RigsDrillships; and (b) of any incident, event, fact or circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any material Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against any of the Obligors, or any of the Rigs.
