Notification of Environmental Claims. The Obligors shall inform the Agent in writing as soon as reasonably practicable upon becoming aware of the same: a) if any Environmental Claim has been commenced or (to the best of an Obligors’ knowledge and belief) is threatened against any Obligor, the Technical Manager or the Vessel; and b) of any fact and circumstances which will or are reasonably likely to result in any Environmental Claim being commenced or threatened against the Borrower, the Technical Manager or the Vessel, where the claim would be reasonably likely, if determined against any Obligor, the Technical Manager or the Vessel, to have a Material Adverse Effect.
