Common use of Notification of Filings Clause in Contracts

Notification of Filings. The Corporation will advise the Agent, promptly after receiving notice thereof, of the time when the Final Prospectus or any Supplementary Material has been filed and, as applicable, the Final Receipt therefor has been obtained and will provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Agent of each such filing and copies of such receipts.
