Common use of Notification of Government Access Requests Clause in Contracts

Notification of Government Access Requests. For the purposes of clause 15(1)(a), Connect-i shall notify Customer (only) and not the Data Subject(s) in case of government access requests. Customer shall be solely responsible for promptly notifying the Data Subject as necessary.
