Notification of Government Authorities. Post (acting directly or through a member of the Post Group) will have responsibility for notifying applicable governmental authorities, as appropriate, of any on-the-job injuries or WC Claims for which a member of the Post Group is responsible under this Article XII. Ralcorp (acting directly or through a member of the Ralcorp Group) will have responsibility for notifying applicable Governmental Authorities, as appropriate, of any on-the-job injuries or WC Claims for which a member of the Ralcorp Group is responsible under this Article XII. The Parties will cooperate in providing to each other information needed for these notifications and related filings.
