The Notification of Grant clause requires one party to formally inform the other when a grant, such as a patent or license, has been officially issued or approved. Typically, this involves sending written notice within a specified timeframe after the grant is received, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the new rights or status. This clause ensures transparency and timely communication, preventing misunderstandings and allowing parties to take any necessary actions based on the grant's issuance.
Notification of grant contingent employees Staff whose salaries are supported by this award must be made aware that continued funding is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds as well as the outcome of the annual application review conducted by OOG.
Notification of grant. A Participant will be notified of the grant of an Option and may be issued with an option certificate specifying the date on which the Option was granted, the number of Shares under the Option, the Option Price, the Bonus and Bonus Date of the Option. Alternatively, a Participant may be advised where that information can be accessed, or be given the opportunity to obtain such details electronically.
Notification of grant. Following the granting of an Option, the Board or the Administrator, if any, shall, within a reasonable period of time, notify the Option Holder in writing of the grant and shall enclose with such notice the Option Certificate representing the Option so granted. In no case will the Company be required to deliver an Option Certificate to an Option Holder until such time as the Company has obtained all necessary Regulatory Approvals for the grant of the Option.
