Notification of Inability to Supply. In the event that SBS, at any time during the term of this Agreement, shall have reason to believe that it will be unable to supply Voyager with the full quantity of the Product forecasted to be ordered or actually ordered by Voyager in a timely manner and in conformity with the warranty set forth in Section 5.4 (whether by reason of force majeure or otherwise), SBS shall promptly notify Voyager thereof. Promptly thereafter, the parties shall meet to discuss how Voyager shall obtain such full quantity of conforming Product.
