Common use of Notification of Insurance Carriers Clause in Contracts

Notification of Insurance Carriers. The ESCO shall be responsible for notifying its insurance carriers of the provisions of this Agreement and for procuring insurance coverage for this contract on a timely basis. The ESCO shall not allow the Contractor to commence work under this contract until it has obtained all the insurance required and until evidence of such insurance has been approved by the University.
