Common use of Notification of Insurance Carriers Clause in Contracts

Notification of Insurance Carriers. The Construction Manager shall be responsible for notifying all of its liability insurance carriers of the provisions of this Agreement and for procuring insurance coverage for this contract on a timely basis. The Construction Manager shall not commence Work under this contract until it has obtained all the insurance required under this Article and until certificates of such insurance have been approved by the Owner.
