Common use of Notification of late payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of late payment. in the event of the unconditional payment to the Principal Paying Agent of any sum due in respect of any of the Notes or any of them being made after the due date for payment thereof, give notice to the Noteholders that such payment has been made;
