During the Prospectus Delivery Period, such Selling Stockholder will advise the Representatives promptly, and if requested by the Representatives, will confirm such advice in writing, of any change in information in the Registration Statement, the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto relating to such Selling Stockholder.
