Notification of Mortgagee's Rights. Mortgagee shall have the right, but not the obligation, at any time and from time to time, to notify any tenant under any Lease of the rights of Mortgagee as provided in this Article III and Mortgagor, upon demand from Mortgagee, shall confirm to such tenant the existence of such rights.
