Notification of Physical Risk. The employer shall notify staff who may be at risk of violence and will reduce the risk through the provision or training, alteration or working arrangements and other appropriate methods as may be required through the circumstances of each case. • Appropriate debriefing and post-traumatic counselling will be made available for employees who have been victims of violence, or who have witnessed a violent act. Where an employee requires time off to attend debriefing or post-traumatic counselling, it shall be without loss of pay.
