Notification of Planned Modification or Replacement of Facilities. Licensee shall, when practicable, notify BellSouth in writing at least 60 days before adding to, relocating, replacing or otherwise modifying its facilities attached to a BellSouth pole, anchor or anchor/xxx xxxxxx or located in any BellSouth conduit or duct. The notice shall contain sufficient information to enable BellSouth to determine whether the proposed addition, relocation, replacement, or modification is permitted under Licensee's present license or requires a new or amended license.
