Seller shall inform Purchaser of any problem regarding any shipment of Biodiesel, without delay, by fax and telephone after Seller becomes aware of any such problem. An example of this includes, but is not limited to the possible event that one or more Biodiesel orders are not available from Seller in the quantity originally set out in the Confirmed Order. Purchaser shall inform Seller, without delay, by fax or telephone of any problems in delivering Transport Vessels in accordance with the Delivery Schedule or taking any shipment of Biodiesel.
